Set in the medieval surrounding of Cambridge University, ISSOS offers a unique fencing elective. Students who choose our fencing program will learn from British Fencing Association coaches. This three week course is designed for students of all abilities and levels of physical fitness. Professional coaching and group exercises will assist students to develop quickly in what is one of the most elite and exciting sports around.

Like many martial arts fencing is surrounded by a certain amount ceremony, students will learn about the history and ceremony of the sport and will be encouraged to practice good sportsmanship at all times. This intense and exciting elective has been an Olympic sport since 1896 and offer students invaluable skills in developing; hand eye co-ordination, mental agility, movement and problem solving.
